"The Vaca Valley Garden Club is resuming its monthly meetings this coming week, continuing our 67th year in the Vacaville community. Our first meeting will be on September 11, at 10 a.m. The Club meets monthly from September through May at the Presbyterian Church, 425 Hemlock St., Vacaville, CA. After a brief business meeting, club members enjoy a program on various gardening related subjects and a light lunch. The program this month will be presented by Patricia Gillespie on "vanilla" orchids and how to make vanilla extract. Please join us for our first meeting of 2024. You might meet your neighbors, and you can engage in gardening conversations with new friends. Our mission is "to teach others about gardening".
